HealthCare Partners of Nevada and Rainbow Medical Center Join Forces

Las Vegas, Nevada, March 3, 2010 ––HealthCare Partners of Nevada, a Las Vegas-based healthcare organization, announced the acquisition of Rainbow Medical Center, an independent medical group providing care for more than 100,000 patients annually in Southern Nevada.  Rainbow Medical Center is now part of the Fremont Medical Centers Division of HealthCare Partners of Nevada.

With the addition of Rainbow Medical Centers’ six clinics, HealthCare Partners of Nevada now owns and operates 28 medical facilities in the greater Las Vegas area.  The transaction gives patients access to approximately 80 employed primary care physicians and 100 contracted primary care physicians.
