Sherri Allen, MBA - Chief Operating Officer

Sherri Allen has more than 25 years experience in healthcare, with more than 15 years here in Southern Nevada.
Ms. Allen is leading HealthCare Partners Nevada as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she is responsible for Medical Clinic Operations, Risk, Information and Technology, Purchasing, and Facilities.
Ms. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science of Health Arts from the University of St. Francis, a degree in nursing, and an MBA with a concentration in healthcare. Her wealth of experience in operations, strategic planning, risk management, performance improvement, quality, and staff development, along with clinical experience as a nurse, gives her a unique perspective as a healthcare administrator.
Patient safety is Sherri's passion. As a healthcare administrator, Ms. Allen has been a leader in patient safety and collaborative policy making in Nevada, helping draft patient safety regulations and volunteering on several committees with HealthCare Insight, a Nevada nonprofit organization.
Sherri enjoys fly fishing, gourmet cooking and reading. She has two daughters.
